Never played this game, whats it like?

It's a scrolling shooter with racing game elements mixed in. The higher on the screen you position yourself, the faster it will scroll, allowing you to pass the other racers. So basically you have to focus on that as well as shooting everything in sight. It's a cool idea but I'd rather just have a regular shooter to be honest lol.
