Shipping Container House - Two in One Tiny Homes
There are two Dry HC 40 feet containers together side by side, with an internal area of ​​approximately 640 sqft, space was divided into two studio apartments of 320 sqft each, which you will know in this video.
The studios feature an open concept layout, integrating the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The kitchens have large storage cabinets, as well as a stainless steel sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator. In the first tiny home, separating the kitchen from the living room is a peninsula with seats for breakfast. The two tiny homes have a retractable beds. All spaces are lit by large glass sliding doors, which have shutters for privacy and light control.
Container house: how much does it cost?
There is a wide variety of finishes that can be used in the construction of a container house, which can be a medium or high standard project, being a very personal decision. The construction of a shipping container house, compared to traditional construction, becomes a faster and more sustainable construction, in addition to not requiring complex foundations.

Wow love both, but really like the second better. Also looking senior citizens homes for family’s that have the land to help there parents out or even other relatives that don’t want to see family go into a facility. I really like the second living space. Using the container door area for the bathroom makes the living larger. If it had a window by the laptop area or above the bed would give the room a great cross breeze when opened.
