Is this $1.25 mil in Australian dollars or USD? If this is AUD then it is worth approx $848,000 in usd and £650,000. If this is in USD ignore what I said. I really dislike the wooden walls, but if someone wanted to movie to Australia, and have some sort of business and a retreat, this place looks perfect.
