I live in a moderately sized welsh town & honestly think there isnt a street block of buildings anywhere local to rival the ship pictured size! a crazy comparison i know but their huge! could house some villages on board a single vessel. in portsmouth HMS Victory looks almost like a scale model of a ship alongside the modern 1s! btw i'm an old fellah who's blown away lord knows what kids think? best wishes.

@@josephberrie9550fuel, insurance, wages (not just the crew), limits on cargo due to shelf life, all cost money and a lot of it, plus over time there will be less trips for each vessel thus loss of revenue, think about it, if a trip takes ten days a ship can do around 30-34 trips a year, but If a trip takes 20 days then a ship can only do 15-17 trips a year, losing half the profits and delivering only half the cargo. You’ve really got to look at the bigger picture dude.

Hmmm, doesn't the RN have an horrendously expensive 'carrier' and task group that could solve this? Or, is this a pond too far for the RN? Send Wills there with it to make sure things go right, and get some mileage on both of those 'national treasures'. BTW, the 'extra 3000 miles' is only an issue until you get the 'shipping pipeline' filled up with vessels, then the arrivals and returns just track as before.
