I love how everything these guys put out is so killer and just all together great music, but then as you really start to listen harder you see the meaning behind it and it takes on a whole new meaning. So rare these days. Proudly reppin T.O and 102.1 too which makes them that much better!

Such a powerful song, with lyrics that are a great analogy for those facing struggles with their mental health. This song helped me get through a difficult phase in my life, and it's still an incredible listen after all of this time. To all those struggling to stay afloat, here's hoping that you manage to find your lighthouse and reach safe harbour. ❤

USS is such a great band. Always crank up the radio when they come on. I can listen to the same song on repeat for an hour and not get tired of it. Shipwreck is most definetly my favourite song from these guys. Great tune, catchy and sounds awesome up loud! Canadian rock FTW!

The look on Ash's face at the end of the video kills me. It's this mix of disbelief that he'd ever actually see the light at the end of the tunnel, and relief that he finally found it. This song is so powerful, I wish more people knew about it.

2:09 - His mannerisms and face quirks are even Cobain-esque. Can see their big nirvana fans.
@mikespike649 жыл бұрын
***** Oh yeah the singer is definitely a Kurt Cobain clone, but the refreshing thing is it isn't done ala Nickelback, Creed and all those Nirvana wannabee bands that came out late 90's early 2000's. The music makes it different from all those clone bands. Then again Nirvana became a clone of itself after Nevermind. They'd probably sound like this today.

Heard this song for the first time on 89x the other day, and have pretty much had it on repeat since. This song is really motivational for me at the gym, and it kinda motivates me to quit smoking (currently going 1 week strong.) I'm from Ohio, but I was shocked to find out these guys were Canadian. Pretty cool. Other than "This is the best" would anyone recommend some other songs of these guys? I can't find this song on Spotify, so I'm assuming all their stuff isn't on there.
