Tiki "bar"?! This is more like a tiki HOUSE! Just amazing. Did the room start off as a mother-in-law apartment or something? Looks like a upstairs space with a full kitchen, which is really cool. What a wonderful collection, thanks so much for this episode!

I just picked up a fish tank like his. Did that have fish or water lights in it?

I do not know. I believe it was just a faux tank, with lighting to look like it had water. Thats what most do :)

There is only one way to have a Tiki Bar. Tons of layers! Also most of us started collecting over 10 years ago. Back then most of it was getting thrown away and we were the only ones saving the scene. :) Welcome in the waters warm. It's fun hunting for new items!

Duke also stopped drinking two years ago. I just take a taste and pass it on.

Ha! It's all good. I had to quit drinking for health reasons and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Duke can drink all the drinks for me! 🙂

I love tiki, but the problem is since everyone is chasing the same aesthetic all the people involved look exactly the same. It's like a uniform instead of a hobby
