When he touched Adam's picture, they should have shown flashes of Adam and Shiro standing together as cadets, in a flight simulator together, eating in a mess hall, studying in their quarters, eating at a restaurant off-duty, riding those speed-bike things, watching a sunset, then kissing during said sunset, and maybe them sleeping int he same bed. That would have put all the haters at ease.

The only deaths that made me shook on vld were Shiro's death, Keith's dad, lances almost death in season 1, plus Ulaz and thace in season 2.

I think mention or maybe a hint of Adam's existence before season 7 would have been nice. As is his character made little impact even if it was only to highlight loss for Shiros character ( not that replacing your arm twice, being forced to be a space gladiator, dying, being trapped on another plain of existence, or being transfered into your clones body won't already do that. Sure let's kill the ex your probably still harboring some kind of feelings for to remind you you're in a galactic war) *space dads get no breaks in life*

The only thing that had been changed was his status as roomate to ex boyfriend (something they fought for even if it was thinly implied n needed outside reveal). So, it was either Shiro having a dead roomate/best friend or Shiro having a dead ex boyfriend and us getting the lgbt rep they pushed for since the beginning (aka Shiro the LGBT rep). I'd rather have gay Shiro with dead ex than no rep at all tbh

I was actually rather disappointed with this. Yes this season was great and had a lot of fantastic moments, but the VA's and the show's creators kinda gave us some seriously false hopes. It was literally click bait for the show. They told us all kinds of information but would either exaggerate or not say enough (Now I do understand they can't just out and say the entire plot and explain that Adam dies, but they shouldn't of done that to their fans). Sometimes things like click bait aren't that bad, but when you give us things to be exited about and then ruin it, I feel like that just upsets the fan base and makes it a disappointment. No hate on Voltron though, the series is great and I can't wait for the final season.

Okay for all of you saying Shiro wasnt heart broken enough or shit like stfu already! Shiro is currently in a war for Earth. He has missed Adam all this time and he comes back and he is gone. Shiro was in shock. When losing someone you love, not everyone begins to cry. He is in a war right now. He doesnt have the time to sit and cry and be emotional. Not be a rude ass but its true. He has to face it and continue fighting. He is fighting for Adam now in this war and for all the others. He didnt cry because he knows Adam is resting and he continues to fight for him. He doesnt want to sit and cry cause that wont do shit. He is going to fight for his lover and his friends and his home. So this scene is emotional, and Shiro is upset but he has to keep going. Stopping and crying and losing focus on whats important here isnt what he wanted. Thats how I take this scene but you guys who are hating like just leave.
