I love my F95 in S90V, I've had a few and handled over a dozen and some single row bearing versions are as smooth as the dual row. It's a great user knife and it tested very well as did the 2 M390 versions I recently tested.

You could find them new around $500 or so. Definitely not cheap but a lot better than $1000

I like this like most shiros but even though I have spent some serious $ on knives I think they are just a little overpriced. Thanks for sharing MC great video as always

Why can't they make adjustable lockbar inserts? Having the insert slide up and down then tightened up. Wouldn't this work?

Shiro is a knife manufacturer that seems like he's raised his prices without much innovation to match it. Still, appreciate the review. (Been waiting on this one for a while.) How long has it been since you actually filmed this one?

When you start on the bleeding edge of folder-making, how much more can you innovate a folder really? Aside from materials and manufacturing process, I don't think there's much to improve on here. This particular knife is a couple of years old and still as relevant as day one. PB Washers are a plus in my eyes, especially when done this well.

Dobrin Sabew My primary point is that I think his prices are just too high. But yes, he does make some of the best production folders in the world.

OnitsukaTiger82 That’s kinda what I’m getting at. The competition is so steep now for high-end production folders, that for the price (and for me personally) there are better options out there. But still, if a Shiro is somebody’s perfect knife, then by gosh they still make great ones.

They say shiro and RJ Martin knives have the best bronze washer actions ever. I'd rather have those, than any bearing system knives!
