Great video! I went to Palermo 2 years ago and went into all these shops, except the official store in the stadium :) Picked up one of the fake Brunori kits off the street and a real one en route to watching Palermo v Bari.

I’m surprised there aren’t more shops. Or that the “football shop” hasn’t picked up a load of retro kits

Prices for new kits are insane. Cool video 👍

Yeah I was amazed by the, now nearly end of season, Juve ones at 100 euros

This is devastating. I was staying half an hour from Palermo a couple of years back. We could've gone on a day out there but chose not to cos it looked kind of a dump when we went through on the bus after arriving.

It’s improved a lot the last ten years. Partly gentrified but also cleaned up a lot. It’s all been pedestrianised which has helped- and meant lots of bars, restaurants and cafes have opened in nice spots

Love football shirt hunting on holiday. I rarely find anything though so id be happy with the items you got. The training shirts definitely has a L not an i 😂

Haha. I certainly think some cities are better than others. Netherlands and Belgium seem to be best
@ShirtSquadapp8 ай бұрын
@SiMaggioFootball Good to know, might explain why Netherlands is 3rd highest location of shirt squad users.

If you find anywhere else let me know - its not a great city for shirt shopping tbh

@@SiMaggioFootball You can buy the latest Palermo FC kits at Rinascente, this huge department store on Via Roma. That's where I bought mine.

Very interesting the fact that they sell some retro shirts aswell... I've never saw that in any other football store... Do you remember the prices of these retro shirts?
@SiMaggioFootball3 ай бұрын
It’s becuase they just reacquired the licences to sell them. When old Palermo went bust there was a LOT of excess stock. That’s how sites like classic football shirts got started, with old Palermo stock, and the markets around Palermo used to have loads (you see they still have some). But it was pricey. About 50 euros a shirt

Nice video, shame about the lack of bargains

I think I need to find what happens to all the second hand stuff. There must be a market for it somewhere in Palermo but even though I lived there I don’t know where/what

The lotto jerseys were the best
@SiMaggioFootball8 ай бұрын
Yeah they are good. I have a few - though they wanted 50 euros for them in the club shop. Theres a few in the markets still

I forgot Inter are Nike- if literally just looked at their kits in the other shop 😂 None in that nike store though!

I would do anything for that “Dybala 9” kit. Brilliant video mate. You should do more like these. Just a question: who do you support? I’m guessing an Italian team but seeing that your British you never know.

Portsmouth is my English team, but Palermo in Italy as I lived there for a bit.
