Braai is a type of grilling and shisa nyama is usually combinations of meats with either fufu or like ugali and is also a staple food in many south african countries along with their seasonings, marinades, etc. It is also a good party food for celebrations and family days.

Absolutely nothing, only difference I see is you need to be filthy pig and a savage to do a shisa nyama where as a braai one is clean with a lot less chance of food poisoning.
