South African township chesanyama (BBQ), Cape Town 🇿🇦

The Primemutton is spending the day in the Cape Town area trying traditional South African foods. Having sampled various dishes in the centre of Cape Town , it was now time to visit a township and try a chesanyama , sometimes called shishanyama ,the local version of a Braai or barbecue.
Mutton rounds off an epic day sampling more local specialities at the Boschendal night market , held at the Boschendal wine estate, which also meant that Mutton was able to try some great wines to accompany his street food.

Visiting a township was quite an experience for me , and Rands is a vibrant food and entertainment venue in a huge township , which was more developed than the press coverage I'd seen had led me to believe. Apologies for the bad light at the end of the video , My trips to Africa and Pakistan have told me a lot about lighting. As always all reviews impartial and all food and drink paid for by myself.
