For the shisui ult if you press it once you evade all attacks for 15 seconds without using your substitution stock and if your press it again, you activate your ms sharingan and reversing controls for the enemy.

I love the Sharingan abilities in this game but I wish they got rid of the stupid red glow. When u use the byakugan or any of the Rinnegan abilities your eyes don’t glow but for some reason they made the Sharingan glow for every ability expect for Kamui Climax..

Oboroguruma is still the best jutsu in the game, even after a +2s cd nerf(small one), it's a sub nulifier, blockbreak, subterra/ash/SUSANOO break, then super speed ABOVE ult lvl(except brayon or kurlink, but tracking of AA is special on oboro), on higher lvl, giving you opportunity to outplay to your hearts' content, or just be faster than any1 = SS tier already, AND ~a second sub, stunning enemy while ur getting comboed, because can activate always, unless havin jutsus locked, and 2nd activation breaks infernal SAND SHIELD, or some super armors as well. BEST ABILITY 100%. BY FAAAAAAAAHAHAHAR.

Ion kno if he’s the best. Kakashi gave a”2 great moves. Kamui bond(perfect for range types to to get away and can be used in a all modes like ctf and survival). Kamui lightning blade (chidori but u can’t be hit, great for most game modes and is a great for making a close range range build) and a great ult that one shots a lot and often hits multiple people.

Neji also can be better. Neji ult is now used in nearly every tank loudout. And hazan strike literally is the best move in the game and it’s broken. Shisui may be the best but it’s highly debatable

Shuriken stuns when place down, they gotta be on the ground and close to you but it can be good in combis if you hit

You can do it twice one is for your teammates not to get hit for 15 seconds then the other one is for them so be blind and inverted if you time it right you get 30 seconds of his ability
