I loved this workout, Shiva & Linda! So, did my dog, Heather. This is the 2nd video that Heather has noticed Mini in your videos, Linda. So, Heather parks herself right next to my computer desk to stare at Mini! And, if Mini moves, Heather gets very excited! I set up my exercise mat next to my computer desk so I can watch the video while I exercise. Heather believes it's more important for her to watch Mini than for me to exercise so i have to exercise around her! I don't get as good of a workout when I have to worry about stepping on Heather or worry about falling over her, but we get the job done. Thank you, Mini, Linda & Shiva❤🐈🐕

haha, that's so cute. I have a few viewer's who's pets like to watch Mini. It's always a bonus when she decides to move around a lot 😅

Dear Linda, Hi again. I did this workout 4 times from yesterday. I really enjoy it alottttt. I want to add an ankle weight for the lower body section if u dont mind. Thanks again. It was Fantastic workout. 😍
