Rajarshi sir himself said that no human should be worshipped and only the divine shall be worshipped. He even said he is against some people who worship or try to worship him or other humans. This is not to be confused with following a guru for their guidance which of course has to involve initiation. But there is a little grey area here too that is that you can give someone the respect of being your guru too in the form someone who is an inspiration to you like Rajarshi sir, but that doesn’t mean they actually are your guru it only means that you respect them so much for all that they know and have taught you that you can see them in the same light without any confusion of their role in your life. Thus, I feel this distinction is important for some people to keep in mind.
