I just wanted to give a big thanks to Sean for uncovering the things he did in today’s podcast, especially with the amount of hate seen in the industry nowadays… something I see as a great feat of strength - and when he absolutely didn’t have to. Some of you may know of my best friend Ryan that passed away 2 years ago, who experienced tragedy from every angle his entire life, from witnessing his parents death to going to prison on an accident, yet lived a life of a hero saving countless lives. When I met Sean, I felt he radiated a similar energy… for Sean to say the things he did on the podcast with how much attention and pressure is on him now, shows immense courage and was something I didn’t expect but I don’t take for granted and couldn’t be more grateful to know him and have listened to his story.

Thank you very much for this interview. As a 38-year-old natural fitness enthusiast with 20 years of experience and self-education in bodybuilding (with average results at best), sometime around April, I re-ignited my passion for the FIT and BB industry thanks to a fitness influencer. His name is Shizzy. For the last 10 years, I have been demotivated by the fact that it is impossible to achieve any significant results naturally, and rather I have been exercising just to kill time without order, diet etc. When I saw what this young man (Shizzy) achieved as a natural, it was as if I believed that it could really be done. In last 20 years I have seen many competitions in bodybuilding and competitors, many natural and even more enhanced. Thanks to this, I can almost certainly judge whether it is natural or enhanced. Especially if I know his story, motivation, attitude to training, diet, etc. Many factors will reveal fake naturals: Visible side effects, specific muscle hardness, training intensity, and much, much more signals. And I don't see a single case of this with Shizzy. That's why I believe in his natural status despite the doubters. Sometimes you just have to believe in something. Therefore, full of motivation, since April, after many years, I have been systematically training for maximum muscle hypertrophy, I stick to my diet, I regenerate sufficiently and I observe dozens of small details in all these aspects. In those 7 months, I managed to gain approx. 25 lbs of muscle (the waist is still the same) and every week I am improving both in gaining mass and in strength - thanks to systematic planning (if anyone is skeptical about this result, I will again mention my years of experience, my body type - 80% endomorph, 20 % mesomorph and muscle memory did its thing). And my main motivation is this guy, unfortunately without the significant blond head ;-) Thanks Shizzy for the amount of motivation. And thank you Nyle for this interview…
