Of course , in the video description Knafeh ingredients: 200 g melted butter 250g butter toast 2 cups cornflakes 1 liter milk ( full fat 1 cup fine semolina 1 tbsp rose water 1 tbsp orange blossom water 400 g Akkaoui cheese ( soaked in water one night before, to remove all salt) 400 g mozarella fresh. Sugar sirup: 2 cups sugar 1 cup water 1 tbsp orange blossom water 1 tbsp lemon juice. Note: corn flakes can be replaced with 250 g of butter toast.
