Resident Evil Outbreak takes place over five scenarios ranging from the beginning of the outbreak to the moment when Raccoon City is destroyed by the United States government. The connections between scenarios are usually unclear.
Episode 1: Outbreak
Outbreak starts inside J's Bar, shortly after HUNK's team is wiped out by the mutated William Birkin.
Episode 2: Below Freezing Point
Below Freezing Point takes place inside William Birkin's underground laboratory. Yoko has led survivors to the train tunnel at the bottom of the lab. The survivors are confronted by an Umbrella researcher named Monica, who demands Yoko's Umbrella ID card at gunpoint. Monica flees with a carrying case containing the G-virus, and the survivors are left to fend for themselves.
Episode 3: The Hive
The Hive takes place in the Raccoon General Hospital, which will later be visited by Carlos Oliveira in Resident Evil 3. The survivors are holed up on the hospital's third floor while a doctor named Hersh attempts to restore power to the elevator. No sooner is power restored, however, when Hersh is attacked by a writhing, coherent mass of Leeches. The leeches swarm over his body, transforming him into the nigh-unstoppable "Leech Zombie" who pursues the survivors throughout the hospital as they seek to escape through the lower levels.
Episode 4: Hellfire
Hellfire takes place inside the Apple Inn, a three-story hotel built around a central courtyard. As the survivors seek refuge in the courtyard, the hotel's boiler explodes, damaging the door to the street and trapping the survivors in the hotel. The survivors navigate their way through the building, which has been transformed into an inferno by the explosion.
Episode 5: Decisions, Decisions
Decisions, Decisions is the final scenario in Outbreak and takes place at Raccoon University. At a "rescue station," George sees a note from his friend Peter, asking for his help at the university. George and the survivors make their way there.

George Villarreal resident evil 0 was just ported wasn't it? They originally had a nintendo 64 version of 0, but it was never released. They had changed it to something else and saved 0 for the gamecube. People have been wanting a re 2 remake for the longest though. Honestly, i would too. It's not a bad idea for them to remake some of the good ones like 2, 3 and outbreak.

I wouldn't give them too much praise. You know, revelations 1 was originally on the 3ds. And sold very popularly. Then they ported it to wiiu ps3 360. It didn't do too well on the u but still sold good. So when they made revelations 2 they put it on everything except for a Nintendo system. I was pretty upset about that.

Nothing ever happened the same way twice, the story was kind of hard to follow, and there never seemed to be enough time to explore and do everything that there was to do. +SHN Survival Horror Network I would honestly like to see in HD remastered and changed version of this game. Improve the AI, change some of the gameplay features, have all the levels being in chronological order, and get rid of all those annoying subtitles and have more actual in-game dialogue. Make it a decent standalone Resident Evil game. and give the players more time to explore and find everything.

Outbreak File #1 and File #2 were very difficult to me as a teenager. Just went through them this past weekend and I was mesmerized at how well this fit into the RE universe. As a fan, I'm eager for more spin-offs that focus on the events of RE0, RE1, RE2, and RE3...Personally, I want a game that focuses on Wesker's involvement in both RE0 and RE1. Hell, I even want a game based on the first RE1 about John and Ada's story.

Intro is better than any RE after RE3. Just a personal thing. I am most nostalgic about what I call the classic REs (RE1, RE2, RE3, RE1 Remake, RE Code Veronica, RE0, RE Outbreak). There was something very technically "raw & isolating" about the classic games. They didn't hand hold and make you feel like you were only watching a movie or just getting from one scene to the next. Quicktime events are interesting, but I never wanted a game based on it. Technology has gotten so much better, but sometimes it feels like they're trying to make games TOO intricate rather than letting the rawness be the difficulty. That's one reason I feel more immersed with a RAW game like Shadow of Colossus as opposed to Call of Duty. Some games are "fun" and look great. Some games are interesting and immersive.

Saw this video a while ago, it's amazing; I used to play this game on my PlayStation 2, love it! Just so that people can't point it out in the future, in the video title there's a small spelling mistake. It says: 'walktrhough' instead of 'walkthrough'.
