@@batmankuro27 some of the cutscenes kinda look like your watching a movie at certain points, mostly the first hour or so any way. the beginning with the truck driver, and then either Claire or Leon shows up at the gas station, they get in the police car and then make your way to the station. Marvin ends up coming to your rescue, all that takes place about the first 30 minutes or so. depending on how fast you are. still about 70's of the game is all gameplay and puzzles, the cutscenes make up about 30%. most are only 2 to 5 minutes of dialogue in a cutscene split between the two characters. even the ending before the credits is about 5 minutes in length.

One thing i love about this game is that you get two compeltely different perspectives on Annette Birkin. In Leon's story, you get a colder woman who is trying to stop Ada from stealing the virus. She is also trying to make sure the virus does not escape. But in Claire's story, you have a mom who lost sight of what was important.

The only thing i missed from this version Claire and Leon should of meet inside of the police station again about 3 more times then split up to find away out and keeping in touch with each other....it would have been more realistic because they both know that they have to lookout for one another and they both were at the station the same time and go through the some of the same places so they should have meet more than once chat and walk together then split up again and again.... because Leon or me would've never left Claire on her own all throughout a time like this....they would have to find each other talk and make plans to escape this nightmare.

I know they do meet and communicate in the original RE2 but it would have been nice if the remake had more interaction. Their interactions in the ending would have been more meaningful.

You just remind me of this part from the original game where Claire is running around trying to find Sherry, and she bumps into Leon and Leon is like not giving a rat's ass that a little girl is lost and that a civilian is trying to help this child, and then Sherry bumps into Leon and Leon is like "meh" even though the place is filled with monsters; but bumps into Ada and is immediately like" hey I'm a cop, we should stay togeher" . It's been years and that part always makes me laugh. But hey, the man clearly had his priorities very well defined even then.🤣🤣😂

Wow this is a really good gameplay of RE2 Remake SHN 💜💜 The game itself is very stunning and masterfully made, but there is only one main thing that I personally don't like much about the game: The Claire story and the Leon story some of the time don't have consistent connections to each other. In the Claire gameplay, apart from things concerning with Sherry, you're basically repeating the Leon story again. For example, when Claire entered the Police Station, the secret tunnel should have already been opened by Leon before, but instead we still have to repeat finding the 3 medallions at the same places all over again. Not to mention, you still have to fight William in the same place just like Leon twice, and both of those times William got wiped out the same way as in the Leon gameplay. In the part where Sherry got stuck in the garage and Claire had to find her, it's quite funny that Claire didn't run into either Leon or Ada at this point lol XD In the near final William boss fights, I just find those fights difficult to believe because William is already fighting Leon at the same time, how can he still be in another place and fight Claire lol. The final thing is: Annette is already seen (or presumably) dead next to her daughter Sherry right when Leon took the G-virus. Even if she did somehow managed to be alive after that, how can she even crawl all her way just to shoot Ada in the shoulder lol. Personally, I like the idea that Annette died saying goodbye to Sherry a bit more, because that makes her more humane of a character. The part where she shoot Ada in the shoulder was a bit unnecessary, since we all know that Ada would fall (and still lives!) either way lol XD Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the gameplay of Resident Evil 2 Remake. It's just I hope that the creators would have made more connections between the Leon and the Claire storyline. Apart from that, this game is absolutely marvelous 💜💜

4:35:12 incredible scene! The way Claire immediately goes into protective big sister mode when she’s the one searching desperately for her older brother. Then the absolute rage she has chasing after the chief when he slips out the gate with Sherry.

Man, Mr. X was terrifying enough when he appeared at scripted points, having him stalking you like that 100% makes me never wanna play this myself. Thanks for doing it so I didn't have to! (Side note, it would be nice if, the first time you encounter an item, you waited just a second before going away, just to give those of us who want to read the descriptions a slightly better chance of pausing at the right time.)
