Week:
1-3 sets of 1
2-3-4 sets of 1
3- 4 sets of 1
4-5 sets of 1 pick to lap, 1 lap to chest (extension)
5-5 sets of 1 pick to lap, 2 lap to chest
6- 5 sets of 1 pick to lap 3 lap to chest
7- 6 sets of 1 pick to lap, 4 lap to chest
8- 6 sets of 1 pick to lap, 5 lap to chest
9-7 sets of 1 pick to lap, 6 lap to chest
10- 8 sets of 1 pick to lap, 7 lap to chest
11- 9 sets of 1 pick to lap, lap to chest*
12- 10 sets of 1 pick to lap, lap to chest**
**work up to 10 lap to chest on every set.
Adding weight is up to you depending on how it feels.
*Follow the same progress template for squats. Start with 3 reps and work up to 5-6
reps every set. Slow, controlled and maximizing tension.
