Leave the nut holding the steering wheel on a few turns that way when you pull on it it won’t meet your face when it comes off. Great video.

Funny story, that has happened to me already lol. Funny story pt2 is the steering wheel puller bolts broke inside the steering wheel bolt holes. So it ended up coming out with the angle grinder. Thanks !!

I'm really enjoying this build. Brings back memories and the learning curve that came with it. Replaced coils on my 66 Pontiac Parisienne complete with side skirts ...4 door hardtop 283 2 bbl. 2 speed powerglide tranny. Car was only 4 years old.

"Cut my front end in to pieces, this is my 3rd Po-nee!" Impressive, Rookie Pilot. Never seen a Mustang II front end build install, other than replacing parts on a Mustang II. Not the same as this! I am not a mechanic, merely a parts changer. I have installed engines, transmissions, interiors, sound systems, water pumps, etc. This is something I always wanted to do, Life just got in the way. Great video! Gonna watch this channel blow up!

Dear A.R.P. 👍👌👏 I simply love to see you having fun. Congrats again for having your own shop... excuse me... stable! 😁 ;-) 2) Please don't use an angle grinder without the spark protection. If a piece of a broken cutting disc will fly off, it can easily turn into an "Angel grinder"! And we definitely don't want to see you getting hurt. Additionally: As a utuber doing things in public, you have a much bigger responsibility. A lot of people will see you as a kind of role model and simply copy your behaviour. A ton of utubers simply don't realise this fact. Thanks in advance for consideration. 3) I'm pretty impressed about all the modifications you do on the front of the car (although it already had disc brakes). I'm eagerly looking forward to watch the next part. As always: Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and health in particular. Post Scriptum: I tried very hard to resist but I simply couldn't help to comment the following: I always wondered why you wear a baseball cap all the time (and even the other way around). But after showing us your fresh haircut (what I would rather call a pretty heavy accident), I now exactly know why! 😁😁 ;-) Just joking... although.... 😁 ;-)

I'm jealous you can actually get work done on the Mustang. I've been struggling to fined a place to build my project car. A few years ago I purchased an almost identical front suspension kit for my 1970 2dr Ford Maverick coupe. Unfortunately in Vancouver BC were I live shop space is insanely expensive. It's like paying a house mortgage. The average home price here is over a million dollars. Ok I'm done complaining. Looking forward to seeing more progress on the Mustang 👍

I myself bought me a low buck 40 amp plasmacutter, that works just fine. If you think how much money you spent on cutting discs, it pays for itself. Now recently I saw a plasmacutter(down here in Europe) with a built in compressor for 200 Euros, so even if you don't have a decent air compressor, there's options. Keep up the good work young man!

Hey AFC, Never had my own shop, but I can remember when I bought my house and I had my very own garage. That was an awesome feeling as well and those Pitman arms can be a real bitch. That’s probably one of the few things that is still original to the car they usually don’t need to be replaced unlike Tire rods, and the idler arm. The last Pitman arm I removed was on there so tight that when I popped it sounded like a gunshot. Looking forward to the build have a great one.👍
