Lovely 😀 sounds like something to Look Forward to. I got 'Explorer Travel Insurance' which was about £130 for 4 months with gadget cover...most Insurance places don't tell you that for gadgets to be eligible for repair they can't have been bought from the likes of CEX or anywhere second hand...as my claim was rejected when my go pro 7 was faulty.

Buy insurance that has tie up in the Philippine hospitals. I’m ilonggo living in another country and when I went home I used Allianz and Blue cross coz its accredited HMO’s in medical city hospital and other hospitals in Iloilo.

Not a good idea to mix the food u get at eat all u can 😅 the mix veggies is called chopsuey which is not usually paired with chicken adobo. You'll appreciate it more if u get to distinguish one dish from another. Try the oysters. It cost cheaper in the provinces but expensive when ordered at a restaurant.

Maybe it's cheap, but for 200 pesos there are other buffets that serve better food options. Probably if you go to Ugbo in Tondo, Manila you'll definitely love the variety of food you can enjoy for the same price.
