IDK if its that you don't notice it, but holy shit you look a solid 10 years younger, it's clearly helping with wrinkles. I think looking at yourself everyday, it's kind'a tough to measure these things but as someone who just watched your previous video, and immediately jumped to this, it's actually mind fking me right now how much younger you look. How can something so beneficial be swept under the rug, and about the eye sight improvements, ive noticed them as well, my vision was starting to become blurry the past 2 years, and since i started using this on my eye lids, feel like my vision isn't annoying me as much, it's very clear that it's helping me, I also have hair growing back on my forehead area where my hairline was being pushed back, which is actually insane. Can't wait how much my skin will improve in the next year.

I started using castor oil in May (organic, cold pressed, amber bottle, etc). I buy a large bottle now but started with small ones, which came with a glass eyedropper. I refill the small bottles. I'm 67, with lots of sun damage from tanning in my youth. I have had eyebrows thicken, and small crows feet have disappeared. The dry skin on my legs is now soft, and the slight crepiness of my forearms is barely visible now. My complexion is smooth and has a glow, the pastiness I noticed is gone (I have a pale skin tone). I'm using it after microneedling and for facial exercises. It is certainly affordable, and I like not slathering on all kinds of chemicals with unknown long term possible effects. I have arthritis in my hands and massage my hands and wrists for the anti-inflammatory benefits. Only had one bad flare (when I weeded a flower bed, oops), I also had a slice wound (gardening again) that was 3 ml deep and 1cm square. Doc treated it with a gel covering like used for ulcers. After it scabbed I started using castor oil for scarring--it now(60 days) looks like a faint bug bite.

I started using it after seeing your videos and the most significant changes for me were healing eczema on my hands, thinning the mucus in my throat and sinuses, and helping diabetic neuropathy in my feet! All of these were unexpected results. It’s like a bloody miracle cure. It’s crazy! I had a cold recently, and I was telling my friend how weird it was that my congestion would go away at night, which is the opposite of what normally happens, then I realized it’s because I was putting CO on my face, neck and chest before bed! 😂 I did notice a slight difference between the bottles, the first one I had was in a glass bottle, and I felt it was slightly more effective! I thought it was the different manufacturer, but now I think it might be the bottle!

I agree. I have been using castor oil mainly on my face after an hour of applying my night cream every single night. I started using it since April of this year. Since now we are in the month of August , I have been using it for 4 months now. My thin eyebrows and lashes are getting thicker. My facial overall is improving. I am satisfied with its effectiveness. I also add it to my body lotion. My skin is softer and smoother. I keep a small pump bottle that has castor oil inside and keep it in my purse. I apply it to my knees and calves whenever they get hurt from walking. I love castor oil! Just use it religiously and you'll see the difference.

Thank you for this video. Glass bottle is imperative with castor oil. Castor oil pulls things out, which means that microplastics from plastic bottles may end up in the oil, and therefore in the skin. Equally important is what one puts under or over the oil, for the same reason. It is highly important to be mindful of the ingredients in everything we put on our skin. I would also like to mention that 'microfiber' is a synthetic material that may also leach chemicals into the skin ... Blessings

Hi everyone, I would like to share my true to life story of using CO. 1. When I was 6 yrs old I was rushed to emergency bc of abdominal pain, intensity 12/10 that painful. This was 1970s. They took all the tests and found nothing. We went home still with excruciating pain. Then. Our neighbour advised my mom to give me a tsp of CO. I can’t remember how long after, the pain disappeared and did not come back. From then on I forgot about CO until ilast year I saw on KZbin and brought me back memories. 2. So last year I had boil, 2 different occasions. I just used CO. Applied it on a strip of panty liner and applied it to the boil using bandaid to stick to my skin. It was on 24/7. Replace it after taking shower. Boil gone after 2 weeks. 3. I had benign cyst on my breast, same application 24/7. Gone after 1 month. 4. I have thyroid nodules I’m planning to do the same. But I’m scared bc my thyroid is functioning well and I’m healthy 58 yo female. Just sharing…

Good info. Just started using Castor Oil. I'm a month in. Haven't noticed any changes YET. I'm hoping I will recognize a change when it happens. I will say that, being older, in my 70's, when I'd apply my daytime moisturizers, it would inevitably seep into the corners of my eyes, no matter how careful. And it would burn like a mother! In the last few days, I've stopped using my daytime moisturizers, and started using Castor Oil after I cleanse my face. I want to see if I get the burning sensation if any of it seeps into my eyes. So far, it hasn't caused me any issues. I do like rubbing it over my eyelids and around the eyes. I too have dry eye. It's so uncomfortable. I'm hoping it will help alleviate that. Love the updates you do on Castor Oil.

Hi Liz. Thanks for doing a follow up on your castor oil journey. I've been on it also for about 9 months. I use the Heritage brand. Now, I have to preface that I've been on Retin-A since my 20s, and I just recently turned 65. I use the oil at night, to seal everything in. My skin is definitely softer, and less textured. I also notice that my pores appear to be smaller. I've been using it on my eyebrows, but don't notice ant significant change. I use it on my lids, but not lashes. RevitaLash has done wonders for my eyelashes. I've added it to body cream, and my skin does feel softer, and less crepey. I use it on my stomach, and I honestly think it helps with my IBS. I got my oldest daughter using it for her eczema, and it works. I live on saline eye drops and Restasis for dry eyes. Do you apply it directly to your eyes? I don't need glasses, which is a total miracle at my age! I also use glass. Just from what I've read, plastic can leach into the oil. Thanks for sharing your results. Very much appreciated. Have a great week!❤❤

Be VERY careful with your dryer when you are using oils on your skin - even essential oils. Sheets, towels, clothing might look clean when they come out of the wash, but there's still a tiny bit of oil there and it is certainly flammable. I have always used oils and essential oils on my skin, and while I never had a problem with staining, I DID have an issue with a set of sheets that began smoldering AFTER they came out of the dryer. I washed and dried like normal, took them out of the dryer and placed in a laundry basket while I got ready to go out for the evening, and then smelled a really acrid smell in the air. There was no smoke, so it took me a while to locate the problem, which turned out to be the sheets, which were burning IN THE CENTER OF THE PILE. There was no outward indication that they were burning. It wasn't until I pulled them out of the basket that I saw smoke and a HUGE scorch mark. So please, please, please, BE CAREFUL OF THE DRYER!! If I'd left my apartment just a few minutes earlier, I would have burned down an apartment building with 5 units, a lot of people and their pets. 😬
@margarettodd10742 ай бұрын
OMG I think you have just saved my sanity….i washed a t shirt one I used when using CO , washed as normal then dried in the dryer …..I swear I saw smoke coming from the dryer. However, when I removed everything the dryer seemed fine. I left the clothes on the side for a little while and when I got to them to fold I couldn’t believe my eyes. The T-shirt had black and brown scorch marks on it so bad I thought it looked as though it had been burnt with a bare flame, obviously that was not the case. There was no damage inside the dryer and no other clothes were affected.. I decided that the damage had been done by somebody in my house and for one reason or another decided not to tell me. Then lo and behold it happened again last week to another garment. I have actually got the manufacturer coming out to check the machine, but after reading your comment, I am starting to think there’s nothing wrong with the machine.🙈🤷♀️ as I say, I cannot see any damage inside the dryer?

@margarettodd1074 I'm glad I could help! I love using essential oils and various carrier oils, but after I nearly burnt down my apartment (which would have killed my cats!), I realized that I needed to be A LOT more careful about using them. I'm still glad you're having a maintenance guy coming to look at the dryer. It could be that the thermostat on it is a little on the high side, too, and contributed. I'm glad too, that someone finally left me a comment. I've mentioned this on a few videos about oils, and I always worry because nobody's ever said "thanks for pointing that out", and it makes me worry about other people accidentally burning down their homes! So thank you for setting my mind at ease. 😊

Yes... Eydrop containers everywhere. I've discovered the trick. Using purified water, dab on cotton pad and wipe gently accross the eyelid edge and corners to clean any debree off of eyelid pores. Then when moisturizing face thinly apply Castor oil also to the eyes gently and very sparingly. This is better at night. This works well to diminish or eleviate dry eye.

Hi Liz, I just ordered some castor oil hoping it will help with my thinning hair. You have such beautiful skin, so something is working. I’ll give it a try on my face also. At my age, I would need a gallon of it. lol Have a great Sunday!❤

I started using it two months ago ( 58) on my brows. I was part of the 80’s brow debacle. The sparse brows in the front are real. Luckily the rest look fine. Not sure how. Anyway , my brow hair still grows and I decided to try this. So, my brows are growing in. I am thrilled. Castor oil is making them fill in. I use very little filler. I may either just use gel now . Or I may add a tiny pencil strokes and some gel .. I use less than I did. I love the stuff. I use kitsch and it’s cold pressed , organic. It works.

It must be hexane free, extra virgin cold pressed. It does work and I turn 63 in 3 days. You will find it on the most famous home delivery service. My profile pic was taken 3 days ago and although it's terrible lighting there are no filter things. It cures dandruff because it's antibacterial and anti-fungal. Dandruff is the sloughing of Candida (yeast)! After shampooing with activated charcoal shampoo and drying rub it into dandruff spots and leave it there. It's not greasy.

❤loved this video and REALLY appreciate this thorough review of your castor oil experience….you seem to be naturally adept at knowing what your subscribers are looking for, appreciate and need. I follow some women I really enjoy but if there was one complaint I have it’s when a product or routine is recommended but never discussed again! So, thank you so much for recognizing the value of following up!❤

ROFLOL Dawn or Joy dish soap takes oil out of laundry easily and it does not destroy fabrics like wool or cotton. No need to worry about your clothes and/or bedding in my opinion.

Thanks Liz! Appreciate you sharing this.. How do you use castor oil for eyesight? Do you put it in your eyelids? Also, do castor oil expire? I bought mine 2 years ago and haven’t been using it
@StylishandGrateful5 ай бұрын
I do just slather it on generously all over.😉 I have been told it doesn’t expire but I feel it smells different after some time and gets stickier. I personally wouldn’t use old castor oil on my face, but maybe on your legs and joints is fine…

yes you can put it on your eyelids before bedtime. put a towel on your pillow. for cataracts, quit eating/drinking sugar, and put 1 drop in each eye per night.

I noticed my lashes are thicker and darker, and ny eyebrows. I add to my lotion and use organic coconut oil with ut to apply all over my body and my knees that get sore. Ive started applying to my face, thyroid area. I apply to my eyelids fir cataracts. Feel a difference. My skin looks and feels smoother and nourished. My feet are dry and respond well. Ive begun applying to my breasts which are fibrous to see how it changes. I also apply under my arm pits. After shower i apply mixed with coconut oil and apply. Straight co on eyelid.
