I think its in his perspective. Hikaru can probably play with 1 second on the clock with 10 sec increment but the less experienced gms would find it hard

It depends on the position. A complicated middlegame, you are gonna hurt with only ten seconds a move. A simple endgame, ten seconds is plenty.

there was another match as well in the round 1 which was a draw. One side had a Queen and other side had a rook. That was also very frustrating and it was finally given a draw after the fifty move rule. Two similar events happened in one day. But your situation was even more tense and exciting.
