Although it is annoying when someone parks in front of your house, but it's not illegal. The street belongs to the public so anyone can park where they want, but they can't block your drive way, like that truck that's illegal.

You not trippin.. it’s an unwritten rule. In my hood too. Love the landscaping out front. Birds poop over the door because there’s shade under that porch. Smart birds. Smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detectors battery beeping… needing to be replaced. Ugh annoying. Nice storage in that coat closet. Christmas decorations spot! Oh shoot… yucky track and fluorescent lighting in a bedroom? Weird combo, let alone in a bedroom! Nice kitchen size. Needs some updates, love & care though. Nice sized fam room. Love that loft, perfect for a Meditation spot, or game room. Nice sized closets, old style though. The walls in that one bedroom look like it’s been patched, lots of holes in the wall. Huge primary bedroom. Carpets upstairs need to be replaced though. Builder grade materials throughout. Easy to update. Huge house. Wow! Sweet backyard. Fluorescent lights out back? Those need to go. Damn that’s a ton of nicely laid pavers! Nice plants, trees. They need some love, they look sad. Impressive backyard, but a dog would need some kind of lawn to use. I’d rate this an 8 too. Easily upgrades over time. If they upgraded, it would fit the price in my opinion. I’m from the Denver Metro area in Colorado. Looks like the price is for the landscaping and square feet. That’s all. Nice house! Looks like neighbors would be a problem though.

Youre not tripping one bit! It big time pisses me off. I have a neighbor whose company does it often. I have a narrow 1 car wide 6 it makes impossible for me to get in or out. Cant park on the street cuz im disabled. And to those saying its perfectly legal ... no it is NOT legal. In front your house, yes but not blocking your driveway. You can have them towed but at your expense but i think the tow rad will get yiur money back for you. Not a great way to make good neighbors though. I had to call the cops on someone onetime becsuse they kept ignoring my request to move. The cop made them move it. Im pretty sure you can be ticketed for blocking a drive.

That home is almost a McMansion on the room sizes. Very Spacious but they could have done a double sink in the a Jack and Jill bathroom and also up the flooring on the 1st floor. Overall for the price that hone is quite livable. The papers in the back yard was a big upgrade over the typical rock/gravel yard making it quite usable space. My score is 8.25. Good Job once again Big Super!!!

The house is nice, But it definitely needs, New carpeting and Tile flooring all throught the home. My favorite part of this home is the Kitchen, Price is not too bad. I wouldn't want a stranger to park in front of my driveway either, That would be a very serious problem. Rate7.5 Great Video!

This is a 9/10. It’s definitely boxy but it’s nice and u honestly can’t beat that price. I’m in Wa State my house is valued at 457k 3bed just under 1300sqft 1.5 ba. This house would go for 800k 1 mil+ easily depending on the area.

I believe the property line says it all, but you don't need an enemy off the jump but respect gets the same. The bird perch poop easily solvable. Me I love the "boxy" look I'm an 80's kind of guy, I like definable spaces without using furniture to separate the space, the is good except the fridge space is not wide enough for a larger fridge and need to switch the pantry door so it opens opposite the stove but the whole kitchen could use an update/upgrade but it is fine to move in. The backyard is perfect the way it is NO MAINTENCE, I would some ceiling fans and some roll up sun screens and/or upgrade to a mist machine for those 117 degree days/nights and in the winter get a propane heater. I would say for the price and some paint inside and out and a box of Valentine Chocolates for the neighbor you should be RTM. Greenville South Carolina that house would be 1,300,000. before anything but after 2+Million and it will be sold before the reno is finished.

yassss!!! Our neighbor across the street had a caregiver that parked in front of our house everyday 9am-5pm for like years.... It was so annoying... especially when trying to bring my disabled grandpa over or getting work done on the house... I started spraying her truck "accidently" while watering the tree she parked under... or getting up early just to park in front of my own house before she would... If you have a tree in AZ, you are doomed... the random cars that park in front of the house for a few inches of shade is crazy.. The worst is the stupid ass HOAs in AZ, we have gotten many warnings and fines for cars that are not even ours since they dont allow overnight parking... I make a big scene taking pictures of the vehicles now because I'll be damned if I get tickets for strangers I do not know when my daughter parks at a store down the street overnight just to avoid said fines from HOA... But yea long story short.. Thank you for pointing out the unwritten rule.. park in front of your own house or who you're visiting!!

I am loving this home. Buckeye is really up and coming I live in Avondale been renting the same 4 bedroom home for 11 years here in garden lakes division but I’m wanting to own my own. This is a beautiful home. That backyard is gorgeous I love that it’s all paved. This is a beauty the price is great.

So mortgage would be approaching $3k a month, but that’s after putting 20% down ($100k). And that’s with good 720 or above credit score and low debt to income ratio. Also, if you work in the city of Phoenix, Buckeye is way out west and over an hour drive with traffic for days. Good dollar per square ft. though, and house is in good shape.

Absolutely do not park in front of my house!!. Thankfully my subdivision lots are 1 acre or more!! Big driveways. The nieghbors are already throwing me off in this subdivision! I would quickly pass, working on cars , cars lined on the streets. Home too close!! But I'm not in Arizona, so I guess this is the norm. I would not buy any houses in Buckeye since Buckeye has NO water rights and homes are running on ground water and no canels. So if Arizona going through an emergency water shortage and need to cut back, Buckeye resident has no right cause they aren't running water from any AZ central canal system but ground water. A lot of homeowners in Buckeye dont even know about this.

I lived in buckeye in the Tartesso area, my crackhead neighbors would park in my driveway. I’d have to go knock on their door so I could get out! I moved to Goodyear, then I heard he sold his house for what he owed, his house was trash. I lived there two years and moved out at my 1 1/2 year mark just couldn’t take it

7.5 love the floor plan but master shower is tiny and that downstairs bedroom is awful. Paint colors icky. I see a lot of money, plus a hoa.... I could pick that house up in Oklahoma for 375.00 but in your neck of the woods it a great deal, unless the hoa is ridiculous

I live in Buckeye as well, but upper Buckeye. This looks to be lower Buckeye which is in the "city". If you don't mind not living in the major city with all the homeless walking around and people throwing trash all over the place, slow motion, then Buckeye is the place to be lol or Surprise....those rooms are small in that house and if you see a lot of cars parked in the area runnnnn😂. Over here we have HOA we ain't going for all that

Kitchen is good size even if the countertops look cheap. 17:40 Jack and Jill bathrooms and underrated and the only sensible decision if you can’t have a hallway bathroom with a closed in throne. Owners suite bathroom needs upgrades but with that walk in you’ll need to save up because you’re gonna more clothes to fill it SHEEEEEEESH. You could easily put in like &40k in upgrades for your surfaces and owners suite and have a $600k looking house. Great functional house But half a milli and no pool? Couldn’t do it

I couldn't live in those houses. I really do not like the textured look of those outside walls. It looks like it's peeling and falling apart even though you know it isn't. Just looks raggedy. I gave up the "park in front of my house" mentality years ago. Society has changed and it's just not worth talking to people about anymore since i's a public street. On garbage days I do park and 'save' that spot for when I put my cans out.
