I sure hope that the trial will tell us what happened during the 8 hours after the killings and before the police were called. And they should drop the death penalty so it doesn't make it extra hard for the jury or we are going to end up with a Casey Anthony jury.

24:00 A clever guess but really? If BK was wearing a body cam and they have they have that video, then why isn't he taking a plea by now? This whole court room saga is sickening. The victim(s) [families] is suppose to have a right to a speedy trial too. I think a higher court needs to step in and get these proceedings under control. Delay is working in Brian's favor, that is for sure. The case already 'feels' old. The families have to wait and wait and wait. I mean, unless by magic, how can they go about their lives? I mean, there is no such thing as closure but to have to have 'something' going on 7 days a week, month after month with this damn case is another whole story. What is happening to them is tortuous.

If it was a video days long then we must either assume a person was wearing it describing and filming their every move for 48 hours leading up to and the event OR the camera was outside or even inside the home either known or unknown by others. Remember you are guessing what the prosecution has or doesn’t have. We won’t know until the real trial. I remember hearing LE say within 24 hours that the public will be truly surprised when the truth is revealed!! It will be beyond the imagination!

Todays vehicles have a data box that is behind the dash. FBI has proprietary software to locate GPS and phone travel. This info is usually the last to be handed over, not uncommon in trial cases.

It won't matter what the weather is when the meta-data gets embedded in the photo file. The photo could have been of another person sitting inside the car enjoying their drive/meal/etc. I don't understand why the prosecution didn't want to turn over the whole file. You would think they would want to see everything that happened that night. It sounds like he's not wanting to be truthful. Many things could have happened that night. Why wouldn't he want the whole picture? There are so many other things that happened. I couldn't say anyone was guilty til all the evidence is in. Hiding things makes people seem guilty.

I appreciate that,we have absolutely no evidence there was no connection to the students. I doubt a Prosecutor any where would pursue a dp case without any connection, there was also a grand jury that felt there was enough evidence to proceed prosecution .

Unfortunately the suspects car doesn't have any data recorder outside a event data recorder that only records crash data. It constantly rerecords over itself. If you look up the vin number of the car you can find this information as well.

Yeah, weather reports 100% accurate. Weather stations have very limited scope around an area. It was also not specifically stated that he was stargazing on that specific night.

Finally a video that elevates the discussion regarding Idaho4 on YT. I apologize, I’m not familiar with your content-but I definitely will have a look. Having grown tired of the speculative fairytales that this case has spun out on, I have all but left YT “true crime”. This video proves there are yet untapped discussions to be had regarding thus case , that don’t lead to an entirety bastardization of the States case. I and others have speculated that there could indeed be video of BK outside of the car. To get out ahead of the states evidence, the defense introduced driving activity to include Nov 12 in the alibi. From a press release on Nov 20, LE was concerned about “suspicious activity that stretched from late Nov 12 and into Nov 13” The defense would also like to know when BK became suspect, I think we will find that the FBI knew of Kohberger long before he made his way to Moscow, ID. I think there is a0% chance BK will take a plea. Keep up the fascinating content.

A personal sadness for myself is this, we want to find out who did this, but unfortunately the survivors in this case are young and being talked about so horrid, their lives are for ever changed. It would be nice to have some sort of trial explaining what happened so they can move forward with their lives. The world will wait, we will hopefully get the truth. Because the pain for all survivors will go on forever.

If the DNA is touch DNA it's not the strong evidence you think it is. There are issues with the year of the vehicle and I don't believe they got a license plate number. Makes a positive ID of the Elantra unlikely/impossible. What is the source that BK bought the knife you claim? Media reports aren't factual or reliable.

I don’t think he had a body camera- if they had that then I think he would ask for a plea bargain. Isn’t he facing the death penalty? If there is a video why risk that. And why would DA offer plea? I think to save money - death penalty trial are expensive
