You say you are not part of Christianity or any man-made religion..... Something is very wrong with you then. Christianity was never made by men, Christianity is a name given to men who walked by God's will following the teaching of Jesus and furthering Jesus' agenda on earth which is the make of all the Nation, the disciple of Jesus. Proof: Mark 16:15-16 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. *When was Christianity first used:* Acts 11:26 26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year, Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. *The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.* Ever since then, every follower of Jesus is a Christian. Christian derive from Christ, meaning followers of Christ Christianity is not a religion, Christianity means you follow Christ, including obeying to all his commandments Now since you are not a Christian, tell us what is the name of your belief and explain to me why I should stop being a Christian and follow your belief. Thank you for your kind comment. I believe what the word of God has said. You must also balance this pork topic with the scripture that says we aren't to destroy our temple. Some people pork has absolutely no adverse effect on them and others it has been fatal. I believe it's a case by case situation. G1

As far as Christianity is concerned pork has nothing to do with our salvation provided by the Lord Jesus Christ. We can eat pork or not eat pork and still end up in the lake of fire in hell permanently separated from the glory of God. Your question should be, "What must I do to be saved from the wrath to come? The answer: "Call on the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. He is the only way to God the Father, Elohim.

I respect your appeal to Balance, your adherence to your faith and your “case-by-case” considerations when it comes to health (in regards to pork consumption) - but, once again, pork (in the US) is not only coming from a tortured animal, in general they’re steroids and other substances pumped into the pigs that are slayed and consumed, not to mention how they’re prepared later. I understand following scripture, but are the conditions the same? A pig in biblical days, in those lands, are definitely not the same we have here in the US! My family, along with a lot black families here in the South, have suffered from the continued consumption of red meat. And yes, there are other factors to consider as well. So not damaging our temples would definitely be honored by watching what we eat! Nonetheless, this is just my honest observation, I respect your views and appreciate your reply! Thanks brotha 🙏🏾😊

@@basilboodle9245 Thanks so much for your reply! As I shared earlier in this thread, I do respect your beliefs and your choice to adhere to them. However, the additives in pork and many other foods here in the US are literally harming your body - while simultaneously creating an addiction and slowly contributing to cancerous cells developing in our bodies. So, just as we would avoid being poisoned by any outside entity or willfully being intoxicated, we should all educate ourselves on what’s inside of what we’re eating! The pigs that are “processed” (tortured) here in the US are not the same as pigs during biblical times. And while I’m sure there’s power in evoking The Christ’s protection (via prayer, name calling etc), I think there would be a problem with doing so while still welcoming harm into the body. It’s like praying to be delivered from alcoholism but continuing to drink alcohol. I’ve never seen the Lake of Fire, but I have seen family, friends, and loved ones suffer from food borne diseases - hell on earth… in their bodies. Christ likeness seems to be following him… I think he would have been eating a Mediterranean diet… but I could be wrong. Nonetheless, I respect your decision to believe and live the way you want.
