That was a great swim, minus the leaches. I'm glad you checked all body parts! Yes, Minnesota has had a lot of rain, and today's the 4th of July and its raining again here!! Your bunker is looking fabulous. My mom used to make sun tea too. Hummingbirds are very smart, they remember and return to the feeders year after year. I suggest you get another one. My anxiety was high when you were on the roof, glad that's done. I hope River is feeling better. Happy 4th of July from your fellow Minnesotan.

"Good morning and welcome to a rainy day..." It's like friggin' groundhog day with the rain at this point. Last 2 years, borderline drought. This year, waterlogged. The trail out to my build site over in Wisconsin has almost constantly had just 6" of standing water and mud. Brought in a few yards of driveway gravel. That's helped some. Trying to get materials on a trailer out there for the cabin build though is just a crap show. To say I'm over it with the rain, would be a vast understatement. I have ways to go before I have to do the roof work on my place. But, man I don't relish doing it. Watching you brought back the several sketchy roofs I had to deal with back when I worked doing satellite dish install & repair. Luckily there were very few metal roofs like this. No bueno. Glad you got it done without any catastrophes. Never a video where River doesn't make me smile man. Such a great dog.

I’m over the rain too! I really didn’t gain enough lift space to justify an 8/12 vs a 6/12 pitch. If I could do it over I’d make it less steep. Your boy River just got out of the swamp again. Hopefully he wasn’t drinking the water

But did grt my hand pump well in washed down 2 inch pipe with pressure washer with jetline attached with 300 gallon tank of water . Got it 20 ft down its milky right now with all the sand be hopefully clear up. Anyways thank you for the videos

I feel your pain, just finished the ridge cap on the 8/12 pitch metal roof on my cabin. Tried straddling but that killed my knees, I ended up holding a rope over the peak with one hand and doing it that way. Either way, not fun.

Hello terry how have you been well I hope I’ve heard on the news where I am about all the flooding in your state I hope it isn’t affecting you at your river house or at the cabin but I did t see any flooding at your cabin so I guess everything is ok there sorry I haven’t been commenting on your videos lately I have been watching them but I like to watch all my videos on my tv then comment on my iPad but I guess I’ve been to tired to write anything or forget but I have been watching just to let you know but anyways your luckily that the birds have left the nest I had a big problem last summer with the nest above my door at my cabin the damm birds were there most of the summer so I couldn’t put up my screens and enjoy my porch the bunk house is getting there I see I can’t believe you crazy SOB lol you were on that roof putting on that ridge cap and recording that at the same time and carrying all that stuff up there I don’t know how you do it I’m watching on my tv saying omg I hope he doesn’t fall I don’t think I would ever do that especially being alone but I’m glad you didn’t get hurt and btw thanks for not showing us you checking your undercarriage hahaha I don’t think you tube would of published that video just kidding around with you man you know I love those videos you put out but I’m glad river is feeling better good luck with the rest of your projects around the cabin and take care see you on your next adventure
