Hello Coach Michelle. I’m just getting started with opening my home healthcare business in the state of Kansas. I feel like I’m over thinking things but I have no idea what is meant by the bylaws and or operating agreement. Thanks as always for your great info and breakdowns. I’m doing my research for my state of FL and wondering the best route to go. Do you have full time employees or do you contract? I’m thinking about which model is more cost effective where my overhead to start up is lower. If you have full time employees what type of benefits do you offer?

@@rickeybowers7602 it varies, all 3rd party payer have different reimbursement rates. You will need to verify with the carrier.
