I love the die grinder, I find myself coming home from work at night and just looking for things I can use it on. LOL I went on Amazon and bought a whole bunch of pads and sanders. Well worth the price. The different style pads you use will determine the speed you set the tool for. I never look at that but that is how it works. LOL

Ha, ya I need a cheat sheet. It’s an incredible tool for its size.

@@HeyDerFolks Yea I first got on the DeWalt platform because we got the batteries and chargers for free though my job but you can not deny the performance of a Milwaukee tool. The only down side is the cost. I am currently on the M12 platform and I have 1 M18 1/4 hex impact driver. I might buy the Home Depot deal for $299 you get 2 big batteries and then your choice of a tool. There is like 6 to pick from . If I do buy I think I will get the mid range impact wrench

@@m.t.v.7934 Ya, I stayed away from Milwaukee originally and focused on Ryobi. I still have some Ryobi tools that I appreciate, but after I pushed their impact and circular to the limit (as a DIYer), I decided to switch to Milwaukee because I did not want to waste my time. I bought my Dad the Milwaukee transfer pump for Fathers Day, and have no clue how or why that thing needs to cost $200. That being said, it does exactly what it says it will with incredible efficiency. Turned out to be well worth it (I gave it to him early)

@@HeyDerFolks I am in the market for a transfer pump, not sure I want to spend $200 for what I will use it for, but you can not argue with the quality. I have Ryobi tools too, for my birthday last year I got the 5 tool combo kit and it's okay but I ended up giving the drill and saws-all to my son to have because he just moved out and had no power tools.

The m12 inflator also works great for recharging flat aerosol cans . I use a schreder valve from a bicycle inner tube and fill it to 90psi. Wear eye protection.

Interesting, wouldn’t have thought of that.

I really enjoyed your video. Especially the theme of opening tools viewers have recommended to you. Great idea, I hope you continue to do that in the future. Thanks again for the videos.

I just ordered the grinder combo - and now you can get a deal for *another* battery free in addition to the one in the bundle. Crazy!

Incredible! Such a great tool and something worth taking advantage of while on sale. I have another video coming out on Tuesday digging deeper into the tool itself.

If you buy an RV you will use a 15/16 wrench Put a disconnect on your battery and or look into a lifepo4 replacement The M12 inflator is great for topping off small (car) tires and doing sports balls and such. I tried topping off a large 120 psi tire and had to warranty. The replacement stays in the wife’s Honda The M18 inflator is a relative beast and will inflate large tires no problem. And if you can’t get the accessories out of the arbor on the die grinder you have to break loose, unthread by hand then use wrenches again then it will slip out. It’s a feature not a flaw. Unlike how easy it stalls if you push too hard, still it can’t be beat for accessibility without a hose Spent a good part of my youth in up state where my mom’s family is from. Finger lakes region. Beautiful country

Beautiful country indeed! Thanks for the insight,I showed your comment to my wife in hopes I can talk her into letting me buy us an RV to take to NASCAR races 🤣

I just looked up the Milwaukee die grinder the reason why it is cheaper with the battery is it is a different model then the bare tool you saw. The bare tool is brushless

Bare tool: www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M12-FUEL-12V-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-1-4-in-Right-Angle-Die-Grinder-Tool-Only-2485-20/310152871 With battery and $20 less: www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M12-FUEL-12V-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-1-4-in-Right-Angle-Die-Grinder-w-CP-High-Output-2-5-Ah-Battery-Pack-2485-20-48-11-2425/324615757 Both M12 Fuel, both brushless. Then they have this combo which seems to make even less sense www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M12-FUEL-12V-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-1-4-in-Right-Angle-Die-Grinder-with-M12-2-0-Ah-Battery-2485-20-48-11-2420/316080055

Not sure how that Kai scissors is, but I'm using an Engineer PH-57 scissors for opening such plastic packaging, they have some fine seration, and is supernice for that stuff. And they can cut cables and all kind. I thought Kai scissors was for mine finer stuff?

You’re probably right re: fabrics and such. I’ve always heard good things about the Engineer tools. Made in Japan as well, will add them to my wishlist!
