Man that mirror breaking on you close to your face brought back some recent scary shit that almost took out my eye. As far as spray paint is concerned, temperature and humidity both greatly affect the drying time and the coverage. I have a small space heater that I use to warm my cans up if it's too cool and I'll even point them at whatever I painted to speed up drying and get rid of some of the humidity.

@Smeedia 3 options. Dei 528t time delay relay. You'd need 2 of them and the ic sprayer button needs 2 outputs. 1 to open and the other to close, then tune each relay for the travel time. That'll run ya 40 to 50 bucks. Or the cheap way is to use two relays, ic sprayer would trigger each one. Both style of relays need to be wired in a "5 wire method" The 3rd possible option, little more pricey but if it works the way I think it would, would be the best. Dei 535T. It's a window open/close module. It'll apply power till amperage goes up and the logic shuts it down once it reaches end of travel.

What happened with the hazing is this - Spray cans are mixtures of paints and solvents. You spray the mix and the solvent evaporates leaving a painted surface. When you do coats too quick back to back or go too heavy with the clear, you can re-disolve previous coats and bring them forward in the paint resulting in a weird finish that looks like soup and dries like peanut brittle lol. I like to shoot coats 20 minutes apart, let it completely dry for several hours or preferably over night and then use spray max 2 part clear which is a special can with a hardner and clear coat rather than a solvent so it will never mess up your paint. Lay that shit on heavvvvvvvy, wet-sand with 3000 grit, cut and buff. My dad did auto body for 20 years and absolutely hates how I can get booth quality work done in my garage. He says I need to learn the hard way like they had to in the 90's.
