Contrary to what James said, the latest Bont tutorial recommends to stand in the shoes, while they cool off. It would also be great to know, if one should carry out the molding with the original Bont insoles, our the ones, one intends to wear later, for example the famous G8.

Can I be special? I have my cleat as far forward as possible. A regular size foot, 41. Now when I turn my front wheel al the way with my pedal forward the wheel and shoe touch. If I pushed my cleat further back then it would touch more. Is that normal? Because we don't turn are wheels that much when riding? Also I have a high, my own and some others opinion, arch. Any way my feet and leg feel good, but yes I do get a mild numbing after a while some times. So am I special or just stubborn and I should back my cleat position off? I've only been using cleatted shoes for a couple of years so it all feels new. Though with out cleats I ride even more on my toes. I've probably always been riding a bike to big for me my whole life so riding on my toes feels normal or am I special and it could be because of my high arches? When is James going to get his own channle?

Bont are the best, love them! Super cool. Especially their custom shoes which those of us with super wide feet. But the heat moulding over promises, I have never been able to get any adjustments from the heat moulding. But still love them despite this.
