Good point. Keeping shoes clean makes them last longer. The condition of your shoes also speaks to your image and attitude about how you take care of things. He also said he doesn't have to deal with any incompetent or perverted bosses or backstabbing co- workers. Interesting. At $900 a day x 20 days (no weekeends) he's making 18k a month. Whew. There was a story about him from the New York Post. Don was working for a print or photo company. A coworker was fired and a few days later, he set up a shoe shine station near the job. Don and some coworkers went to rag on him, then they saw how much he made. Don quit his job immediately and has been shinning shoes ever since.
