In our country, women have participated in elections since 1930. We are quite modern compared to you. There are many misconceptions about our country. Also, we are not a Middle Eastern country. We are Eurasian. Let's even say Asian.

I just believe, that there is little to no envy or any covetousness from western european people aiming at turkey. I could also throw political indices (eg. freedom of speech, democratical indices etc) at you. But the simple fact that there are huge diasporas of turkish people in western europe shows, that economical and political flaws of your country have forced people out within the last 40 years. Turkey still is one of the countries with the highes emigration, people leaving that country in masses. Im just confused, how you can speak about envy of the turkish state when clearly, turkish people are envious of the west.
