Shoebox Drop Off 2024 | Operation Christmas Child

Our Church has done Operation Christmas Child for Years ! Last year some of our youth had the opportunity to travel with the boxes and deliver them to the children in Grenada 🇬🇩!! Everyone was So Blessed!

Do you only use OCC boxes? I had a request from our drop off center to use only the OCC boxes, as they can pack them alot easier than the boxes we packed this year. Any encouraging packing videos with OCC boxes for nest year would be great!!

This year I used a mix of both OCC boxes and regular shoeboxes as I had some larger items I wanted to include. OCC still does accept both types, but I will be using strictly the OCC boxes next year due to a bunch that were found at my church 😆

This is a fantastic organization ❤. Just wondering if you have to be religious to participate. I'm a professional violinist and am often at church, but only to "make a joyful noise...". I am agnostic and have no interest in becoming religiously affiliated. I live in Toronto and would love to help, but not if I must attend a church.

@Kit.Nicole Cool! I love making loot bags. I have 5 kids! And adding practical stuff while trying to play Tetris & fit as much in as possible sounds like a really fun and extremely worthwhile project. I watched some videos of kids in Mexico, a country I've been to many times & absolutely love 💕.

@@twinbrothers4021 that’s one of the things I love about this project. Instead of just sending money you actually get to craft the gift yourself 😊
