I took unsealed spellbook as Syndra Against a Fizz in one of my recent game. I, abused laning mistakes, and used teleport effectively, and use my spellbook to turn the enemy team's ganks and all-ins into kills for me. Your guides have always been great because I can see how all these techniques fit into the entire game and not just snippets where "you do the thing". Your commentary during the road to rank 1 series has helped me develop an actual thought process where I can apply these skills. Your guides just makes me put everything together in a way other guides don't.

I think fizz is kinda easy to get countered by runes. Its just that noone actually does use the counter runes. I always go aery nullifyingorb,fokus, scorch, bone plating, overgrowth. 1mr shard 1 ap shard and the hp shard. Than you buy 1 null magic mantle or ruby and he wont ever take you down while you can just poke him down. Bone plating is broken vs fizz. He cant proc it before going in.

btw shok, abs focus scorch is being taken by a few of us lb mains recently plus few kr lb in chall vods. syndra lane is scrappy and can get chunked true but manaflow not toooo necessary importantly, abs focus very often tips the threshold for oneshotting casters in sidelane

Very informative video Shok now we can understand what a challenger player is thinking while he's playing. Do u have any tips to avoid autopiloting? Every day when I play league after working all day I feel so tired that I get myself autopiloting a lot, but if I play only on weekends when I'm fully rested my climb will be very slow, I really don't what to do.

Not Shok, but have you considered waking up earlier than you usually do to play league before working rather than after? That way since work leaves you tired anyways, you can go to bed right after, and wake up fresh to play the game with a clean mental slate. Assuming league doesn't leave you too mentally exhausted for work, this might help!

Hi, I have a quick question about null magic mantle against double ap mid jg when do you buy the null magic mantle?(first base? after lost chapter? after 1st item) and what do you build it into(i assume if im playing like yone i can build into wits end later and if im playing a ap champion i can build into banshees)

Earlier is normally better but don't int your base for it, like I'd probably go dark seal refillable over null magic but if I could get both that'd be good. Some champs you don't have to build it into anything, you can just hold it until late game. You can even sell it later if those champs aren't an issue. But yea normally you're looking towards things like mercs/hex/wits/banshee

I’ve played 90 ranked games this season and I’ve peaked gold 4 50 lp after ending last season Silver 4 0 lp. I have many friends in plat/emerald, some of them that I feel are equal or worse than me mechanically and average lower stats than me. I win lane mid 9/10 games but i just can’t seem to carry. It’s like my more experienced friends have some X-factor I don’t. Anyone gone through something similar and figured it out? I watch my own replays and everything.

Hard to say but you're probably either teamfighting poorly, aren't at key dragon teamfights or are falling behind in farm in the mid game
