It was so inspiring that I wanted to try my own Year of Yes and it has completely changed my life in the best way possible. I even got a tattoo that says "YES should feel like the sun". I work as a personal trainer and being able to help people get in good shape is so rewarding. because I know that i extend their life or at the very least have their life be easier by avoiding early joint damage and such. I have a guy who has now lost about 230 lbs! he sends me an email almost daily thanking me for motivating him and offering extra service for no extra charge. (I allowed him to call me at any time of the hour if he felt the need to go off course) and yes food is addicting. He felt a sense of relief by eating it made him happy. Similar to how a druggie will use drugs to avoid the current, instead of changing it so thats no longer an issue.

+Anzy Alanis Lolz Grey's isn't destroyed. Like everyone, I was sad when McDreamy died, but so far, this season has been the best Grey's run in years. The episodes where Alex has to pick which newborn to save and the one with the dinner party are easily top 10 Grey's episodes for the past 6 or 7 years. Shows go through ups and downs, and not many keep the same cast for 12 years. Just how it is.
