By far, if not the best, one of the very best instructional videos on sight alignment. Outssstanding!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Valuable input. Not the typical KZbinr guy sporting a beard, tattoos, tactical gear and just shooting fast at metal targets to amuse a crowd (of dummies). THIS shows true tradecraft skills from a seasoned experienced shooter.

@@dkeb37 Mike Levy is a professional. He is skilled and can teach. Very well articulated, conveying his teachings clearly. I am tired of the noise makers, shooting metal plates for dummies to drool, while babbling sh💩t... 😁

Thanks Mike and UFPro for this instructive video, I use to disrupt the sight while pulling the trigger, it needs to me a lot of pressure to pull it.

What do you do with people like me? I have high functioning autism but for some weird reason I'm an intuitive aimer. What I mean is, the first time I pick up an unfamiliar gun at the range (be it a new gun I just bought or one someone wants me to try out) I first take aim by placing the target point just over the front sight post and between the rear sight leaves (or in the center of the ring, depending on the design), fire one shot, then look to see where the bullet went. I then adjust my aimpoint to place successive rounds on target. Assuming the sighs aren't seriously screwed up I can place rounds on target thereafter with no trouble. Yes, that means I have to remember the zero for every gun I own but that's not an issue for me and no, I don't expect every other gun of that model to aim the same way. For me, zeroing every gun independently is as important as checking to see if every gun is loaded immediately after taking control of it. Yes, that means I disregard the details someone like me ordinarily obsesses over and instead trust my body to do what I want it to do. So far it has always worked. Yes, I take a solid grip whether one- or two-handed, don't milk it and so forth because an uncle gave me some very basic shooting lessons when I was twelve, but that was more than five decades ago before all the relatively modern techniques became common. Would you fail me on technique, or does hitting the target consistently matter more to you?
