Oh my word. I have a Wildcat MK3 BT .25. I occasionally swap barrels between 700 & 500mm, both heavy liners and I have found the same results. The pellets (JSB 34gn Heavies) are more accurate than any of the 32 different slugs I test. The nearest slug being 46grain H&N.

It's always been a debate rather Pellets are better than slugs. Short range accuracy and predictability I gotta give it to Pellets. With slugs there are too many variables involved.

I think a more fair test would be to take 5 shots with each gun at 200 yds which would remove any "luck" variables. Since it took 4 shots to hit the can with the slug gun, the pellet gun may very well have missed on the subsequent 3 shots but we'll never know unless you set up 5 cans for each.

I Can get a M3 for a 1k less than the m4 , is it worth it considering I won't be shooting much over 50 yds most of the time . How much hold over are you using here at 50 , 100 and finally 200 ? @@RGF56 it depends on the ammo you’re using for instance if you’re using a pellet and you are zeroed at 50 yds and you are shooting 820 ft./s with a 34 grain and you are using MRAD your holdover at 100 yds is 4.0 Mrad

@@chipesuchip2047 I have both love both of them . The M4 has its perks you can calibers shoot pellets or slugs in any caliber. Thats the advantage of the M4. Both guns are very accurate!!! And both have a great shot count . Taipan is built like a tank and the trigger is phenomenal

🤠 Hi. I have seen several of your great videos, so I suppose I am one of your fans 😆 It would be nice if you can do the same test but in higher hunting calibers for those impressive instruments. Like 30 and 35 cal. Because .22 is a light caliber there are a few much cheaper rifles that do excellent at 200 yards. For example there is an elderly gentleman (like me) who has a video hitting a golf ball a few times over at 200 yards with a AEA Challenger Pro in .25 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gn3UfmdjoqiibaM So the exciting option would be to put the M4 in .30 or. .35 cal to a impact and penetration power comparison at 50, 100 and 200 yards; bricks, chicken, pig ribs, etc. I saw you hitting a pig on the head with the M3 in .35. It would be worth knowing any power or precision differences between the M3 and M4 because if is there is non worth mentioning the M3 will soon be cheaper than the M4. For those of us who do not have access to all the different brands and models you do your videos are very useful. Thank you. 👍

Well i am 2 for 4 in favor of FX, actually it is 2 for 3 now that i sold my Vulcan 3, so i am going to pass on the M4 too, but the RTI Mora still intrigue me. Shot some Beasts in my slug minded Two yesterday, and at shorter / medium ranges,,,,,, well lets just say i have just ordered me some more Beasts. Worst for me on the Impacts, from factory just a ridiculous little lower rail in front of trigger guard,,,,,, that's NOT cool. That is actually the reason i do NOT own a bipod, CUZ there is no good place to put it on very many air rifles,,,,,, and NO i do not like tank / pipe bipod clamps.

When you go to to these big Air Gun matches they shoot on paper. Your shooting a brand new gun that everyone wants to see, play around other times lets see what these guns can do that you test. Lets do the Targets to test, hell with your steel to test. Im a target shooter that what you see what the rifle likes. Not that other junk. Like I said in my earlier comment, come over to Facebook and take a look there’s plenty of paper shooting there. Here’s what you don’t seem to understand. It is a new gun, but it is not a new barrel. I’m using the same liner I do with an M3. There was lots of upgrades to the M4, which I mentioned in the video. Two things that Fx did was strengthen the spine and add a new trigger that would help with accuracy. What’s a joke is you coming here and telling someone how to do a video.
