Hello, I am searching for a very simple thing in new Input System. How to continuously shoot when left mouse button is pressed (Hold)(GetKey/GetButton in Old Input System). I am watching videos and searching everywhere but didn't find the solution yet. I want to know what settings I should choose in Input Actions/Asset screen + Code for this. Thanks.

Quick question. I decided to use a random cube for the gun just to simplify the process a bit, and when I move the camera up and down, the cube stretches out for some reason. Do you know why this could be happening?

Sorry I'm not sure what the problem is. Can you play and see in the inspector whether the scale of the model is changing when you play? If it is, make sure to check in the code that you're never changing the transform.scale.

great video! how would you use the new input system to shoot when the player picks up a gun? if we keep the shoot input in the InputManager the player can still shoot even without a gun in hand, how would you translate the new input to the gun script?
