@@YumLemmingKebabs well I loved wrestling when I was a kid and I grew out of it before I found out it was scripted I never thought it was entirely fake I know you cant jump of the top ropes and land on a guys head softly for a few years now but Iv been in a Few Curtis Candys Live Streams hes an old wrestler Iv never really seen him wrestle but hes told us in the streams about how it was and back in his day he had a guy twice his size smash a bare wired baseball bat over his head infront of an audience of a less then 100 people several times a week infront of NO cameras for little income but he loved the work and loved performing as his character playing the villain beating up the nice guys setting things up for weeks then eventually being taken down by a new hero in the most brutal way possibly like a surprise tag team or something he said himself it hurt but he just loved the faces of the audience as they watched him be strangled and have the snot beat out of him by three guys and see his character get his comeuppance for all the loud mouthing he did and audience members he called crybabys for not liking him beat on the other guys so aggressively

I think the best piece of advice I have gotten regarding overwork was from a KZbinr who burned out from overwork. When you feel like it's just too much, there will be people who tell you to power through it. Just remember that, if you ever reach the point of collapsing from overwork, the people who told you that won't be there to pay your hospital bills (in case you don't have universal healthcare in your country) or take care of you. I think that you should listen to your own body and take care of it. There isn't any point to losing your health to earn money if you are going to spend that money on recovering your health.

Therapy is legit important, and just because it don't work the first few times, doesn't mean it won't work, just need to find the right therapist. It definitely helps. Especially people need to take medicine, meds ain't gonna do it all for you.
