I have a 725 S1 and absolutely love it. Lately I have been shooting my MK38 which I also love. I took my 725 out last week for the first time in around 5 months and shot an 86 / 100 and it felt great, it moved really well and did the job. Great video as usual from TSC keep up the good work. Cheers

Which is better 725 or mk38? Which is heavier?
@Blondejam3 жыл бұрын
@@silviak3105 Hi Silvia. I like both guns and can shoot them in equal measure which is nice and surprising. I would say that the MK38 is slightly heavier but I really do not notice it that much. If I were to change anything I would prefer a trap fore end on the Browning. Hope that helps..

I just bought a 725 Sporter 20 bore 32"barrels. Simply the best investment for shooting I've done. Whey better then my Beretta's including my 694 12bore as well just a better built gun in the long haul.

Super fusil.

Thanks for the review. The light on some of the stands looked "challenging". I have a 725 and one of the advantages FOR ME is that the trigger will set the 2nd barrel when running sub gauge tubes in it. The handling is very different with the tubes in place but it's fun to put the 28 gauge tubes in and shoot with NO recoil.
@mr.fluffy2107 Жыл бұрын
I have a 725 and am looking at a full Bailey tube set. Briley says that they need to do trigger work on the 725 for it to shoot sub gauges because it is not a true mechanical trigger. Have you had any issue so far?

Beretta had Matt blacked barrels way back in the 90’s on their clay guns, glad Browning finally caught up.

I understand why David always is such a great fan of height in the comb. It's especially evident in this video. He appears to mount the gun really low in the shoulder, evidenced by the downward movement of the barrel with each shot, caused by the heel of the stock pressing into the shoulder. Pressure point being visible in his shooting jacket. Height in the comb is not a general quality indication. Each person needs something different, depending on build and mount.

I enjoyed that but still prefer my Miroku MK38 sporter thank you

I have put about 12,000 shells through my 725 MK2 sporter and not had a single issue with anything ever! I have mine serviced every two years (its 5 years old now) on the first service, the gunsmith told me there was rust inside the trigger unit as they tend not to lube it at all when building. Maybe???? thats the issue? I have NEVER not once had a no fire, not even a dud shell. Using Superfast and Sporting 100's.

Quite simply it's the cartridges they have a particularly hard strike surface on the primer face and Browning firing pins do not like them,I had lots of misfires,only my experience you understand.

I'd really love one but.... if my Winchester 101 does the same job and breaks the same if not more for £500, why would I change... yes I love your gun and cartridge reviews, but we've seen a £500 gun and less, in the right hands, beat a top of the range gun... Apart from gun snobbery and ego, how can we justify any price above a basic gun... with good fit and feel... there's nothing better than showing up some bloke with a 10k gun with a £500 bit of scrap because they think they're better haha. 😄
