Prototype testing of the Mega Fix is officially underway. That means that our inbox and comment section is now about to be full of people asking when it's coming everyday. We plan on sharing a behind the scenes look at the development of this rifle from Kevin's very first trigger pull through launching it to market. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

6ARC and 300 WSM are my 2 favorite hunting cartridges for Medium to Large Game . Mega Fix in 300 WSM would make my day for sure. I've always been a fan of the Ruger COMPACT Magnums. I wish they were more popular

The 375 Ruger is being used by a few for experimental ELR use. They utilize a faster twist ratio, and seat heavy projectiles out further in the case. Reportedly it does extremely well at distance. I would imagine something similar to the recent 375 SwissP offering from RUAG. Not quite the speed of the Cheytac, it still offers enough to extend the range to around 2000 meters commonly, but carrying a larger payload than the 338 and lesser rounds, which make misses much easier to call for corrections. I am awaiting someone to take the Ruger cartridge up to a .458 diameter or even .470, so a stopper can be had with a shorter action.

This gun will be capable of firing more traditionally popular safari, whitetail, and western mountain hunting calibers. Opens up a whole new world of ammunition choices, barrel lengths, and potential applications for the rifle.

Not far enough into the planning stage to fully answer that question yet. 300 Win Mag is one of a handful of calibers we plan on emphasizing. You'll get to see behind the scenes as we research and explore different calibers for this gun though.
