⁠@@michaelmaier7262yes and yes. My DD5 was in 6.5 so I bought my first Fix in 6.5 (have never owned a .308) and it was actually my first bolt gun. Second one I get to pick up today, in 8.6. Don’t have any ammo yet, but i have 300 spent cases from shooting my DD 6.5 and about 100 through the Fix so far. Will get my uncle to help me reload to get some 8.6 subs since he already does .300 blackout and some crazy large calibers.

@@kevinbrittingham6774 this is a myth. Criterion has some the most accurate chrome lined barrels capable of sub MOA. I’ve witnessed plenty of BCMs that shoot sub MOA with match ammo.

But I think the real issue here is you’re charging a significant amount of money for a rifle that’s a small percentage more accurate than a hard use gun like a BCM, DD, ADM, Geissele. What are people paying for? I think the reality is you can get away with lower manufacturing costs on stainless barrels, and then gloat around about “oh it’s more accurate so we’re going to charge a premium for that”. I’d rather pay for a premium barrel that can handle abuse and is still sub MOA than pay for this overpriced underwhelming garbage.

@@ArmedShepherd ok, I should’ve read your name first.But, I’ll engage. On average hard chroming adds a significant decrease in accuracy. Please explain what “hard use” means. Please describe the features that make Geissele, DD, BCM, etc. “hard use” rifles. Why is our product “garbage”? Why are the guns you mentioned so heavy? Do they have tapered muzzles? Adjustable gas blocks? Premium carriers? What trigger? How much do those guns cost? Do you care about handguard stiffness? Who mfg.’s the silencer you put on those guns? Did the rifle and silencer mfg.’s test the products together before you purchased it? What was the firing schedule and failure rate? Have you watched 556 HB development video? You should. After our documented burn down test…10,000 rounds on target, as fast as you can shoot on target (basically 2 shoots per second) 6 mag schedule for 10,000, even after that our gun with a SS barrel still outperforms the military accuracy requirement when new.🤷🏽‍♀️
