I do not understand people who disagrees with Billy and Jo. They're not in it to gain anything, never exaggerate events, say when they don't know, and speak candidly yet lovingly about their famous family member. There's not the slightest hint of ego in their stories. I remember seeing an interview with the very sensible sounding Sam Thompson once, and he was asked who to believe of EP's old crew, and he answered "Billy Smith" knows him best, and was the one Elvis loved the most. I so enjoy these videos, they feel so good to watch, there is no sensationalism in them, they're warm and friendly and feel like the funnest family to be a part of. Heartwarming to watch. It makes me quite queasy to think of how Billy was left out to dry after EP¨s passing. Lots of love to you all and what you do.

Just want to especially THANK Danielle for all her hard work on this channel! She is so great with her questions and keeping the channel organized. She is sweet, smart and I love her interacting with her grandparents in getting these questions answered! I think all families need a question and answer time as this is a way to know history of a family or family information to the younger generation! Hi Smith Family I listen to your channel because i feel you get facts from you all , You hear what they want to share with you and they keep very private parts to themselves which is only right. Both Billy and Jo only speak about the times they was front & center with Elvis and Danny always state when in doubt he have to refer to his parents for answers. Now there are people who have been in Elvis life who are consultants to a movie speaking on and about people, places and things they was never privy to knowing anything about, but they put their names and approval on the finish products just be relevant and too recieving💰. So To Billy and Jo continue to tell the truth about your family pass it along to your off springs for their own family history . For Jo sometimes in life you can be as nice as you can and still that is not enough so when you become 60 plus you've earn your right to do & say as you please unappolgetically and move on. I think when the fan / subscriber / person was talking about Elvis using an air mask, and Jerry Schilling talking about it, they was referring to when the first day in 1964, that Jerry had started to work for Elvis. In a video, Jerry had said; Elvis had accidentally overdosed on sleeping medicine, they had brought him down stairs of Graceland, outside onto the front steps, and they had a breathing mask on him, supplying oxygen. He said he couldn't believe that this was already happening, and it was his first day on the job there, for Elvis. He said, Elvis did not look good, that they thought they was going to lose him, but they started to ask him (Elvis) questions, and he pulled through it. That's what i remember seeing on a video, of a different youtube channel, that has some documentaries about Elvis.

I have read Sally's book, "Destined to Die Young" and find it very interesting and actually highly complimentary of Elvis' dealing with his health struggles. She details several ailments that Elvis had relating to his genes from the Smith side of the family, including the liver problems that most likely killed Gladys. She agrees with you that Gladys was not a drinker, but that her liver problems were genetic, all stemming from Elvis' grandparents marriage and their being first cousins. Have you read any of this book? It does discuss early deaths in the Smith family, Doll's being bedridden for years, etc. She places a lot of Elvis' illness on genetic factors and she says, while he no doubt took too many prescription drugs, he needed the relief from his ailments to allow him to perform at his best. She says, even if he had not taken drugs, he probably would have lived no longer than 52 or so. I just wonder what your opinion is on this subject, as you seem to be one of the Smiths that has good health genes!
