Shooting with a Carcano Single Shot Enbloc Adapter

I'm trying out MVU Arms's 3D printed single shot Carcano enbloc clip adapter in my M38 Carcano rifle chambered in 7.35. This item makes single loading Carcanos possible and is a real convenient tool to have at your disposal if you'd like that ability.

Yeah, seems like an inconvenient design in the way feeding system works but I’m not sure it was a huge issue for the average soldier.

I have a 3D printer but never thought of making a single enbloc clip adapter like that but it does make sense. Thanks for showing it. With as expensive as ammo is and hard to find shooting one round at a time is a money saver as well.

You can technically load a single bullet without a clip, I know of two ways and neither of them are really practical but still: 1) The easier way is to simply remove the bolt, put the bullet on the face of the bolt and putting it back in, depending on the condition of the bolt you might have to push a little. 2) The second is to lower the bullet front into the chamber while pushing the spring of the extractor with the rear, this doesn't work on all models however.

Technically yes but those are pretty obnoxious ways to load a round, especially if you’re plinking around. Just get one of these and you save yourself a lot of annoyance.

Why would you 3D print that thing? It would be faster and be stronger if was just milled from a solid block of plastic compound

Can I leave the adapter in the rifle? Instead of taking it out all the time.

Yeah, it stays in there unless you push the clip latch button by the trigger.
