I have an 06 RT with about 160 on the clock and I love it, I was originally in the market for a mustang but after shopping around I came to the charger and I’ll be honest I don’t regret it I love the feeling of driving a bigger car and it has enough power to have fun, I haven’t had a ton of issues with mine besides general stuff for a car with the mileage and some suspension pieces.

That is the experience with most cars used that much and for more than 10 years when daily driven to be honest…including European ones…the Japanese are the only one that, in certain cases, truly withstand daily abuse for years with a big smile on their face

It's not like the original chargers weren't sedans. They were 2 doors but the same body came in 4 doors with different panels. They had back seats. If it has to be a manual and 2 door guess what they make the challenger. I wish they made a hybrid version of the newer ones with the 8 speed hybrid but I guess they would have to redesign the floor and do more crash testing so that's not going to happen.

You never see first gen Chargers any more. They got cheap fast and became the 'hood car of choice. They weren't built well and most were driven into the ground. It's not a bad looking design but it's showing its age. I'm more of a Challenger fan. Dodge could have made the Challenger its G-Wagen. Keep the body in production for 40 years with only minor updates. It's already on its fourth US President. At least with their new EV they understand that sound is part of the muscle car experience. You have to admire Dodge for sticking with V8 go brrrr so long.
