@@paulchristiansen7014 The 50s was the worker drone "All American" as in we are the greatest in the World, and will make everyone else live by our standards. The 60s rejected corporate life and embraced love everyone no matter what. The 70s was a transition from the 60s to the 80s with Vietnam being really realized for what it was, and the influence of cocaine being introduced, with some effects from opioids from Asia which is nothing like the pharma induced opioid epidemic now. I bring up drugs in context to sought relief. The 80s people started to realize no one was for them and they weren't all that special, really was when the "me" started where people in general took care of themselves to the point of detriment to others, including the Boomers and the Greatest Generation that allowed it to happen and the yuppies that did the work on the ground. The 90s was f*** everybody. You see where we are 20 years later with what is going on in the USA, from either side's (or no side's) perspective.

Except for the fact that Glide made Crockett as a cop almost immediately when he first showed up at his party and had to bring up the drug raiding activity of the Miami Vice. Glide was then thinking, "HTH would a two-bit drug dealer like this guy Sonny Burnett know anything about that? He must be be cop." So essentially, Sonny somewhat blew his own cover the moment he made mention of Vice. Glide was on to Sonny from the outset.
