@@STKO2011 ok well anyone who’s calling bs on these rifles or barrels I’m going to give my story that I hope some guys will see , I’ve been in pursuit of a .22lr for a while now that will give me good accuracy out to at least 100 because I’ve got varmit issue eating my chickens , I’m on a budget like most of us and didn’t want to invest 1000 dollars in a set up , I’ve mentioned to you a few weeks back I stumbled on 10/22 Davidson edition with a 20” stainless hammer forged barrel , I finally got a chance to test it and various off the shelf cheap ammo , zeroed it in at 25 yards than decided to go right to 100 yards , I got ok results from brands like federal and Aquila with holds but when I got to the CCI stringer varmit I was impressed at 100 yards with no hold , while I don’t have moa numbers my target was a 3 inch square , 8 out of 10 shots were in that square with no hold , I just picked up some sk plus at my local gun shop will test that soon . My point is anyone who’s doubting these rifles is getting some confirmation that they are extremely accurate long range , if they are having issues with accuracy with these the problem might be the shooter or the ammo , admittedly I’ve got physical issues so I’m challenged shooting of the bench , which be part of my testing the future . These barrels are definitely Ruger's most accurate 10-22 barrel no doubt...you can buy the whole gun assembled like we both did or buy the barrel by itself. @@STKO2011 barrel alone is 400 bucks from Ruger , I picked mine up 600 bucks out the door , cz457 starts at 600 , not sure where tekkas price point is , I’m running a cabellas 4-16-44 lr with parallax that right around 200 so I’m in my set up for 800 , in my opinion this is extremely budget friendly , there’s another guy on KZbin I’ve seen him running a 10/22 out to 180 yards with ease .

@@frankammirati3385 awesome 👌, the blued target 20" barrel on Ruger shop website is 150 and 170 for stainless, and I got my Stainless steel target barrel from Midway USA for 100

Why would you take the safety out and remove the trigger guard, I really don’t think you can go to a match with a gun with no safety, that’s just stupid and dangerous if you ask me, you take the safety out and remove the trigger guard, that’s leaving the trigger exposed if it was ever loaded, accident waiting to happen, pure stupidity
