Nice….looking forward to this…..a long rod 750 motor. I ride a short rod 750 (T140E)……balanced crank, low compression pistons, 1” and an eighth cam followers, E3134 cams, brand new head with kibblewhite black diamond valves, billet pushrod tubes, SRM billet clutch pressure plate……bike was totally rebuilt three years ago. She’s my baby……..

Hi; one that I have is a 79 new dual plugs head; 7017R ex camshaft; 8.6:1 pistons; black diamonds; springs etc kibblewhite; new connecting rods; billet tubes; 32mm carburetors; digital EI for the 4 plugs; Hyde oil cooler; Hyde rear sets; dual front discs kit etc EDIT to say that I really wonder here how do you guys there do with all those old engines and bikes that most are without papers to put em on the streets legally...

Tough to manage. Try and collect recordings so you can preschedule, maybe? And get someone to help edit videos? I love that it's your project.

Looking forward to see what you do with this engine. I was hoping to see how the speedo cable attached under the gear box. I have a 64 TR6 that I think is the same is yours. I'm not sure if the speedo cable just screws in or not... it's hard to get to and even harder to get a wrench on (with the gear box cover on anyway.)

Big job but do able. Good 4 speed is a bonus. Didn't know they did 9 stud heads in the 10 stud casting, my 650 race engine is 8 stud in 9 stud casting 62 ?. What you going to balance it to ?
