I’m in Orlando so Orange County and I have the same fear you talked about. I know for a fact that in south Florida there are businesses that are not following the quarantine and that makes me so angry. I am also over the sensationalizing the news is doing. Of course Orange County has more cases than the surrounding counties we have roughly 1.3 million citizens. I would like to see percentages as a more realistic comparison. I’m worried about when then theme parks reopen and tourism amps back up. 🍦

I'm in Florida, Manatee county. Extremely worried about reopening too soon. I wish people took this more seriously. I want people to get back to work but also want people to not be sick. Very scary times, makeup video playtime helps. Hope you all stay safe and healthy ☕🧁

Thanks for uploading so much when you can! It's very much appreciated. I'm glad you will be able to get back to work, though. I can only imagine how stressful not working has to be. I feel ya on being worried that it's too soon for things to open back up, though. Do what you have to do to keep yourself happy and healthy - and try not to stress about those who will be bummed about you not pumping out as much content! You gotta take care of you and no one should ever make you feel bad about that.

I teach so trying to accomplish what’s done in the classroom has been difficult. I miss my class, but I’ve been ok at home. School is closed for the remainder of the year, which, I anticipated, but hearing the official announcement just broke my heart. I know it’s a necessary measure, but it still challenging to cope. Businesses are currently closed and there’s recently been an extension of the closure. Camps are beginning to announce closings of the summer season, so it’s a lot to take in. One day at a time. We adopted a puppy in January so she loves that I’m around more. I actually came upon your channel during this time so that’s a definite plus! Zootopia is amazing! I hope you have a good week! 🍦

Arizona is opening up salons again May 1st & even though I have a salon setup at home I was isolating anyway, but I decided to start taking clients again this week! I'm super excited to see my clients after a month (or more in most cases) of not seeing them. I hope you get to work soon, too!!

You do your face makeup a very certain way that its so fun and useful to watch and people can actually recreate I always see people asking influencers to do everyday/no foundation base And they cover their whole face with BB creams or 3 different kind of concealer but what you do is actually what i do all the time and what i need to see😍 💕🐇

I live in Australia and I'm very thankful for that because we have not been hit hard. I have been blessed to be stood down with pay this month and I'm going back on Saturday which we just found out today. It's really got me upset because while I'm thankful to have income I absolutely hate my job and it impacts really negatively on me mentally (retail) as it both makes me feel like a failure since I went to uni for no reason and because it's poorly managed and we deal with asses on a daily basis. It's particularly upsetting because there's no jobs going right now so I really can't see the light at the end. Sorry to be complaining, I just needed to get it out. I love the makeup, that nomad stuff is stunning! All the best wishes for your return to work, I hope you can stay safe for the remainder of this horrible time. 🍨

I'm doing really well! Mentally, I'm doing alright, just struggling a tiny bit. My boyfriend definitely makes it better. Yesterday was his birthday, and so we had a small bonfire with his family (who all live with him, no new people involved) Also scheduled my appointment for my first tattoo as the shop I'm getting it at was taking appointments at the end of May/early june, so I took a leap out of my comfort zone, and decided to get my memorial tattoo for my grandma, who passed in 2018. I definitely have been trying to take advantage of the quarentine to focus on myself and heal from things in my past. Love your videos! ❤

Florida on the panhandle is weird - we don’t have many cases so it feels like nothing is going on and we’re al be careful for nothing and people want to go back to work....but you still hear about cases climbing around the US, so kinda nervous if we open back up, being a touristy place, it’ll bring more people/virus-infected people here and make it worse 🙈 it’s such an impossible/hard spot to be in - there’s major pros and cons to staying closed and opening back up 🤷🏻‍♀️

Minnesota is doing pretty well. We have a great governor who is smart and proactive so that helps. Most people I know are doing well at social distancing except for a few. My elderly neighbors across the street, who are at a higher risk, haven’t practiced social distancing or worn masks or stopped leaving there house AT ALL lol.

Most of my good friends are in Florida and I have a lot of the same fears that you do. Being in Queens, NY, it's still a bit of a mess here. We still can't get groceries delivered (no slots a month out no matter what service you try) so my husband has to stand in a two hour line that backs up into the highway only to find that the store is out of toilet paper and bread and that it's mostly full of instacart shoppers that are not obeying social distancing at all. Since he's an essential worker he's having to deal with taking overcrowded and filthy trains in to work three days a week. I'm scared for him, and selfishly scared for me (immunocompromised) BUT I have three cats and lots of creature (and non creature) comforts (D&D over Discord! Virtual goth DJ sets! Books! Shows! Organizing ALL THE THINGS!) to help with my anxiety, meds notwithstanding. KZbin has been a part of that, and makeup has ALWAYS been a part of that. After a year's hiatus, I started writing a little again, and that's been helping, too. I COMPLETELY understand your fear of opening things too soon. On a less sombre note: periwinkle has always been one of my favorites! I really like this look, and I'm keen to re-create it!
